Getting Your Cooling Tower To Work The Way You Want It To: Custom Parts Help
There are so many cooling custom tower parts you can buy for your industry's cooling towers. However, none of them seem to work as long or in the way you expect them to. Constantly replacing them, or finding that they do not quite fit an older cooling tower, just does not work. If you have thought about custom tower products, but you are wary because they are custom, here are a few things you should know about custom parts.
Any Custom Parts You Request Are Made to Meet Industry Regulations and Codes
A lot of industrial clients and consumers express a concern regarding custom parts passing inspection and meeting industry regulations and codes. That is a perfectly reasonable concern, and you should know that companies that make custom parts consult with industry inspectors to make sure all parts pass muster. Because the custom parts manufacturers work so closely with tower inspectors, there is no way that any custom part you buy for your plant is going to A) fail, and B) fail inspection by government inspectors. You get the custom parts you have always wanted and needed, without any inspection headaches.
Custom Parts Are Designed and Constructed by Engineers
There is a full mechanical and structural engineer team working on making custom parts. These are not haphazard parts cut down from anything you currently can buy on the market and cut down to fit the tower yourself. Instead, you tell the manufacturer what you are looking for, the engineers visit your plant to see where the part or parts would be installed, they take measurements for accurate fit, and then they go back to their CAD systems to create exactly the parts you cannot find anywhere else.
If You Ever Need Replacements for the Custom Parts, You Can Get Them
Another concern clients and consumers have is with replacing custom parts. After all, it is not as though you can order these parts from any manufacturer. If the parts are well-designed, you will not need to replace them for a very long time to come. When and if you ever need to replace them, you can simply contact the original custom parts manufacturer and request a new replacement part. If you initially pay extra, you can get the original parts design schematics. Having the design schematics is definitely a plus because if the custom parts manufacturer that produced these parts for you ever goes out of business, you can present the design schematics to another company to have them reproduce the replacement part you need.
